- SLStephan LNov 6, 20252.0My 4 year old daughter is afraid of the dentist. We booked an appointment here and were hoping to try and do something simple to make it a good experience. Unfortunately we couldn't get her into the dentist chair. On the way out she saw the little cheap kids toys they give out to children and wanted one. The staff said no because she didn't get any work done -- total four year old meltdown. Just...why? We'd pay for a small toy. Just trying to make the dentist into a good experience. Didn't work out. Having said that, the dentist is nice and we generally had a good experience with the staff. I think we just caught some lady in a bad mood.

Called around using their suggested places to no avail. I might have been able to get in a week later. Mitchem came through the same day due to a cancellation.
