  Extremely Poor Leadership — Deeply Frustrating Experience with Director Meghan H. Murray My experience at this Concentra location was honestly terrible, and a lot of that comes down to the leadership. In my personal experience, director Meghan H. Murray came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and shockingly unprofessional for someone in charge of a medical facility. The tone she sets is extremely negative. Instead of providing direction or support, her attitude felt cold, unapproachable, and completely lacking in concern for patients who are already dealing with stressful situations. Every interaction felt rushed, irritated, and devoid of basic respect or courtesy. The entire clinic reflects this energy—confusing processes, long waits, poor communication, and a “don’t bother me” environment that starts at the top. In my opinion, Meghan’s leadership style creates more problems than it solves. It’s hard to feel confident in a facility where the director seems disengaged and unwilling to take ownership of anything. If Concentra wants this location to improve, they need leadership that actually shows professionalism, empathy, and accountability. Based on my experience, that is not what’s happening under Meghan H. Murray. I left this place extremely disappointed and with zero trust in the management as it stands.

  Best location! I appreciate this team for all the help & excellent customer service. Nija, Ashely, Lanyae, and Gianna were so pleasant. They always provided me with fast efficient testing. Thank you all for all your help and informative knowledge. Will definitely recommend this location.

  I Was told to sit in a room after my drug test and physical I was left unattended for almost 2 hours. While I hear employees, laughing, joking around and gossiping so I finally come out ask is everything OK? They had no clue. I was still in the room apologized and assured me I was able to leave. Nobody works with integrity or consciousness this place.

  Evelyn was very helpful! I went in to receive my required drug test and tb test for work and my paperwork was lost. Even though it did not happen on her shift, she went above and beyond to make sure I received all of my required things and even did the herself to make sure it was complete and done properly. She not only had a warm heart but she knows her job and will have you leaving Concentra feeling more informed and accomplished. If you can, ask for Evelyn to help you. She is the best!

  Mehgan was such great help! As well as her staff, so sweet and informative. I went to the Concentra in Bedford park & never again! I went to get my TB & urine test done for an employer. I was given instructions that I was able to get my results done at the Bridgeview location for weekend hours, if I was unable to go back to the Bedford location. So I went to get my result submitted at Bridgeview & was told that I was too late. Which made no sense since I was instructed of the time frame. I then reached out to Bedford location, & was given the run around. All to be told by the Director of Bedford, that it wasn't her issue to handle. In the middle of asking questions, the front desk receptionist transferred me over to Mehgan. We both were blindsided; due to Mehgan hearing this issue for the first time. While Bedford Director lied and stated that she was reaching out to figure out what happened. Finally when speaking to Mehgan, she took the time to figure out the issue(they entered the wrong date!) and was able to fix it! For any future visits, I will only be going to Bridgeview location! The staff is great, the location is clean and they are well organized! Thank you :)
