The dentist office eventually informed us they were unable to verify our insurance because the insurer was not "answering the phone" and then rudely told us to leave the office and reschedule because it was impossible to see the dentist anymore for that day. Later on, about three hours later, the office called back and confirmed they verified the insurance. I will never give this office business again after losing a half day of school for two kids and my own work time just to get kicked out of their office because of their incompetency. There are several competing businesses in the Bolingbrook area and I encourage you to explore those sites instead.

I preregistered online and was given a QR code to show the scanner, which did not recognize it. The front desk staff, who had their hands full helping other patients with this system, told me to enter my birthdate. The kiosk indicated no patient born with on that day was scheduled for an appointment. The staff member then told me I was indeed registered. This stupid system creates more work for the staff and is a total waste of time and money. It should be tossed out.

Xray was included in the consultation but did not discuss about it during the consultation. They told me they would reach out to me once they have the xray result but didn’t.
