- LBL BNov 19, 20241.0Came in for an appointment this morning and had a terrible experience. The front desk staff were amazing, kind, and patient. When I got back to a room, both the woman that did my onboarding and then my provider were condescending and rude. They had no knowledge of what my appointment was for, then proceeded to talk me out of most the preventative care measures I was looking to have done (testing, annual checkup etc). The provider didn’t let me speak at all. She came in the room, asked if I wanted to pick up from the pharmacy or from them, I had to tell her this was a new form of bc that I didn’t know anything about. She gave me a 2 second run down of it, then immediately shuffled me out the door to the front. Not even an attempt to foster a safe and welcoming environment for vulnerability. I left feeling dumb and having more questions than I entered with. Do better.
- JHJamie HJun 4, 20241.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Very slow!. Why schedule an appointment if you have to sit for a whole hour to be seen. All the staff do is walk around & gossip. Unprofessional. Very bad with time. I only come to this location because it’s close to the house. Very ridiculous how inconsiderate they are with people time. Walking around talking while u have patients waiting to be seen. Makes no sense!
