- KKKatelyn KolosiekeDec 29, 20254.0Overall, my visit was ok. It was faster than I was expecting. I went in for a physical for a job screening and the machines they used were extremely old. When I told the staff member I was struggling, especially with the hearing test, I was told that the machine is old and sometimes doesn’t work well. Instead of making sure the machine was working properly when I brought up my concerns, it was shrugged off and we moved to the next test which wasn’t ready. I also had to travel all over the center for the various tests when it seemed like the equipment was easy to move and set up. When we came back for an exam room after the rest of the tests, there wasn’t one available and I was asked to wait in the waiting room again instead of having one available to complete my visit. I was also not informed up front about a vaccination suggested for me when I had recently had the vaccination in the last year. No one checked with me about it and I was able to explain while they were getting ready to give the shot that it wasn’t needed. The doctor herself was very efficient - she came in, did her examination, gave me the results, and I was done. The entire appointment was about an hour and half from when I walked in to when I left.

I didn’t like that i waited half hour to be called into a room for that purpose when someone else could’ve taken me into a room within 5 min and allowed me to complete that rather than wait so long. That part didn’t make sense and best practices could be improved to consider others time. The staff was young and dry as well. They spoke upon entry however not very friendly faces to greet up front.

BUT, parking was easy, staff was friendly and had good communication that they were waiting for my employer to give them additional information. For the physical & testing, they were professional, knowledgeable and made it go smoothly. I’d choose this Concentra location again if I had to go back to get cleared to work.
- NGNadia GrantDec 8, 20251.0i went to get my blood drawn, the first lady didnt even want to be there, when she went to draw my blood no blood came out and she stuck the needle deeper to get something buh no blood came out still, the 2nd lady that came to draw my blood stuck the needle in my arm, told me she didnt stick me (because it wasnt in the spot she intended it to be in), she then stuck me again (for the third time) and my blood squirted everywhere, after that the energy in the room was off and i felt like everyone had an attitude because of how i felt but i dont think they were right for constantly sticking me when it seemed like no one knew what they were doin.
