    This is my go to gym. Plenty of equipment , and lots to choose from. Always clean , and the staff is top notch.

    Gym was great to come in and do my thing. Management explained the situation with minor construction issues and issues were resolved which I appreciate the excellent customer service with staff

    Whoever answered your phone at 2:35 PM on Sunday October 19th in Aurora, Illinois, Was super rude on the phone when just simply trying to cancel my membership. Not only did he talk over me at any chance That he got, he rushed me off of the phone, I literally had to talk over him just to ask him a simple question because he was not even trying to hear what I had to say what I was having an issue with. That made me feel that much less terrible about leaving planet fitness if someone like that is working there.

Kyle L. and other staff members were often allowed to remain on personal devices while on duty, were dismissive and rude when customers asked for assistance, and permitted unauthorized individuals to go behind the service desk. These actions created both a security risk and a severe lapse in customer service standards. Rather than addressing these behaviors, Isaac appeared to tolerate and normalize them, demonstrating either tacit approval or a failure to manage his team. The combined effect of these behaviors — discriminatory remarks by a manager, poor supervision, and routine unprofessionalism by staff — has created an environment that is both hostile and unsafe for customers and employees. I urge upper management to take the following actions without delay: Launch a formal, documented investigation into Isaac P.’s conduct, with specific attention to the homophobic remarks and any pattern of discriminatory behavior. Interview witnesses, review on-site recordings (CCTV) for relevant dates/times, and collect statements from staff and customers who observed the incidents. Place Isaac P. and Kyle L. on administrative review while the investigation is conducted, to prevent further harm and to ensure impartiality. Discipline or remove any employee found to have used discriminatory language or to have created a hostile workplace, consistent with your company policy and applicable law. Require anti-discrimination and professional conduct retraining for all staff at this location, and review supervisory practices to ensure managers model allowed behavior.
