The facility is a work of art. The service makes you feel at home. I'm happy to see and be a part of their hard work and growth. I don't trust anyone else with my dental health.

Make notes and if you are not sure pls follow up and dont leave the customer along with mutual nuances. If you are not sure, dont accept anything just say that clearly not bs stuff. Ppl coming to you guys not for fun, they expect to get some service thats all, otherwise why we have to waste our time and energy. And most important do not ruin ppl’s lifes no matter verbally, written… any forms. No need to reply back, its too late. Just wanted to leave my true opinion
- UTUlzana TemirbekovaJan 21, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience with a pediatric dental procedure. Our child was scheduled for 7:30 a.m., yet the procedure did not begin until around 11:00 a.m. Making a toddler wait nearly four hours - especially while fasting ( no water) - is unacceptable. There was little to no communication or explanation for the delay, and the process felt poorly organized. This did not feel like care designed for children. A pediatric dental practice should be far more mindful of scheduling, communication, and the emotional well-being of our kids. I hope this is improved for other families. We ended up in the emergency room the same night. After a sedated pediatric dental procedure, my 4-year-old had bright red bleeding with clots for over 12 hours, including during sleep. Although the bleeding had stopped by morning, I called the office to report what happened. Instead of asking us to bring my child in for evaluation, I was told the doctor who performed the procedure would not be back until Monday and that we should wait. Given the situation and the age of the patient, this response was unacceptable.
