When I arrived for my oral surgery I was getting prepped by the nurse, I asked the surgeon, Dr Alex, to explain the risks of my procedure, that I had to sign a release for with the receptionist. He said verbatim "I just pull teeth" he then said "I don't feel like doing your surgery" This place is the drive through McDonald's of dental offices.

On 11/24, the front desk assured me they would do a dental screening for my insurance, followed by deep cleaning and fillings. Instead, they only did a consultation, leaving me unable to submit anything to my insurance. The dentist and I then scheduled fillings for 12/30 to prevent further damage. At my second visit, they had me down for another screening and wanted to push fillings to January. When I explained this was incorrect and unnecessary, the front desk dismissed me and said I’d have to reschedule. I walked out.

They need to be retrained. And I’ve really been thinking about suing them. DO NOT LET FAVIOLA OR FABIOLA HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT RUN YOUR PAYMENT. SHE RAN MY PAYMENT A SECOND TIME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND I HAD TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER AND PROVIDED THEM WITH SCREENSHOTS. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. ITS IS NOW 2 months later, and after being charged a second time without my consent because she claimed they didn’t get the first payment. They are now saying I owe them more money. A pure scam of an office I will be filing a claim with the eeoc.
