  The ladies in the front super friendly and big smiles, its a busy office so be there early. Got my treatment and i know it was bad news but regardless came back and got some treatment by Honey great Hygenist..Love Honey, she is the best. So honest and very positive took her time doing my treatment good vibes!

  Such a lovely staff at the front desk especially! Very supportive and helpful as well as the whole dental staff team at this Arlington Heights location. I recently moved and was happy to find a close by location with an awesome atmosphere.. Pleasure to meet them and happy to be a part of their dental family! My cleaning was done so well by the dental assistant she definitely took her time on me but also didn't keep me in the chair for too long! Pleasant experience and highly recommend this awesome location! FIVE STARS!!!

  Very bad manger and very bad attitude in front disk they literally make changes to your appointment and move you around with whoever they want without even letting you know even though if you request somebody there, they say OK and then they move you around with somebody else without letting you know don’t never go there I don’t recommend this place at all

  I would’ve rated it more stars but I didn’t like the pediatric dentist that was there. He was very rude. I came here for my daughter . She was a knew patient there. They saw i made the reservation online. My daughter appointment was at 3pm we arrive 2:45pm . We signed in and everything . We waited until after 3pm. Saw other people arrive after us and got called right to the back while we still sat . The people at the front desk wasn’t even sure themselves why we wasn’t even called yet. They started to ask did we get called , why not , what we was there for etc. which was nerve wrecking because they should already knew based off what was in the system . Once they called me to the back and the doctor came in . He asked what her age was and insta to said he don’t service kids under 5. Which really annoyed me because they knew my daughter age from jump. Why didn’t they cancel the visit , why didn’t the people at the front desk waste our time, what was the reason ? Did he want to get paid off my insurance knowing he don’t service young kids . While back there he didn’t look in my daughter’s mouth to determine anything. I told him I had a referral on staining on my daughter teeth and maybe a cavity . The last person wasn’t sure . He kept trying to not hear what I was saying . He said my daughter needed sedation etc. why would she need sedation over an exam that never really happened? I tried to explain to him I’m a dental assistant myself and work in a pediatric office he stated “WELL WHY YOU DIDNT GO THERE” then when I proceeded to answer and inform him of what I knew he PROCEEDED to not hear me nor seemed like he cared to listen but was very nice and gentle to his own kind . I WIULD NOT BE BACK NOT EVEN WITH MY OLDER CHILDREN. I need a dentist that actually listens to me and not treat me like I’m some dumb person that doesn’t know anything but don’t treat his own that way .
