I can't believe I'm going to say this but I'm actually looking forward to going back on August 5th. They take the time to talk to you and explain what is being done and what will be charged. Truely very satisfied with my visit and look forward to my repairs on my teeth

She was so sweet and had a few tricks up her sleeve to help my very anxious teenager get through the x-ray process…. A process that we tried to get through with two different offices. I could not be more appreciative of her compassion, experience and expertise.

- AHAmanda HornerDec 19, 20221.0Husband had a tooth that was painful, doctors told him he grinds his teeth so needed to put a crown on and wear a mouth guard but the tooth was fine (I sleep next to him and he doesn’t grind his teeth, but whatever), this was ongoing for MONTHS….just wear your mouth guard, let’s file the tooth down, okay let’s put a crown on it, next time-file it some more, but it is fine?! When he can’t eat or drink on that side and his gums are in decent pain….Goes to the endo for another tooth that was missing a filling (for a root canal) and they give him a CT scan, needless to say they saw the (other) tooth that “didn’t have anything wrong with it” and it also needs a root canal. They called these guys back to make them aware they missed an entire jacked up tooth and masked it with a crown. So, we paid $522 then insurance picked up $281 so technically I’m owed money….office says they applied my credit to outstanding balances. Which is fine if I knew there were balances lol never received anything in the mail, or a text as they supposedly said they did, or mentioned it in the office THE SIX(ish) times my husband was in there to fix this so called perfect tooth. Front desk said a dentist in on vacation and the owner doesn’t understand the billing and won’t talk to me (which if he owns and runs a places he should have an understanding of it and would want to ensure his client is happy). Needless to say, they are a tad money hungry without the capability of fixing one dead tooth and masked the issue (which then made me turn into a crazy person bc they won’t give us own money back for months of pain for the tooth they jacked up…..but okay, just wear a mouth guard lol). Adding:a day after I requested my money sternly—they WILL NOT answer my calls and I was also to receive a call fro The owner. So, I’d add not professional to the list
