I have a terrible fear of needles so I siked myself up before going in, but when it was said and done I'm still scared of needles yes but not scared of getting the depo there. Thank you so much to the friendly staff!
- KKKianaApr 14, 20222.0Had an appointment today. Arrived for said appointment and the front doors are locked. I saw an employee in the office area turning off the lights then leaving the building. Someone from a business next door told me they were probably closed for the day due to a power outage. However, I never received any call, text or email stating they would be closed for the day, even though the power was clearly back on when I arrived. Really wish they would have contacted their customers to let them know this sort of thing instead of wasting my time to come to a locked business. I understand a power outage is out of their control, but find it very unprofessional to not call patients to let them know. I’m glad my appointment wasn’t something super important to have done today. Called the call center so I could be transferred to the local office as I wanted to leave a message directly, and they were very rude about the situation telling me they wouldn’t do that and that they could help me. She clearly told me no one left notes about calling me to inform me of this situation. Which obviously, I already knew. Hope future interactions with this office to more smoothly
