  They waisted over a week of my time by having me coming in while lady had her b day I guess and other days other lady at desk was sick supposedly…anyways I was suppose to go in today to log in to clearing house and make her my doctor or wherever it’s called on there and wanted to obtain my paperwork today so someone I know can look at it because my English is not perfect when it comes to smart words and I know nothing about law so don’t feel comfortable signing any papers without someone looking at them…they refused to give me some papers and also said I have to pay today to keep my 1st appointment for next week and in beginning they told me that I just have to pay before I have my first appointment which is not until Tuesday they where really trying to get that $550 dollars and treated me that I will not have my appointment if I don’t pay today(half a week in advance to appointment).after waisting so much of my time they had enough nerves to not wait few hours until I could give them answer after checking how Jerome company works and if I can have all paperwork from them and if they where same and would refuse to give me paperwork to my plan was to go ahead and just come to twin falls location since it’s closer…now I have over a week waisted time because of main lady’s b day I believe who they said don’t work on such a day then lady at office was sick few days. when they did arrived they didn’t wanted to worry about nothing besides getting money out of me after I had enough patients to come there when I was told but they where not there because of their own problems…she refused giving me papers(so I can show them to someone) I wanted to see before I even start anything…if that was a case they should have not waisted so much of my time when they where not there when they where suppose to be to start with and now they worried about me not wanting to do it possibly and took me off of appointment because I refused giving them any money before anybody looks at papers I was given to start with and wanted to see if other place would be more welcoming and letting me see and be aware of what I’m signing before I do so. Even if you live in twin falls and need sap like I did I would recommend taking little more time and going to Jerome one which I’m sure they will be little bit more professional about their work compared to this place…first they saying I have to pay before appointment sometime and now they wanted me to pay right away so that they don’t miss appointment space (even that they waisted over a week of my time)even that I told them o will call Jerome place and will find out if I can get copies of paperwork from them first and if not I will come back and pay on Monday (which would be day before my appointment). DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS PEOPLE
