At my last appointment I had a visit with a "new to me" hygienist. Upon seating me, she immediately asked for x-rays. I explained "no". Why do I need x-rays so frequently I thought? After a brief (one minute +/-) visit lwith the DDS, which turned out to be good, the new hygienist descaled and polished my teeth in about 5-10 minutes. At which point she tried to spray cold water on my sensitive teeth. After 20 plus years it seems as though they would recognize the loyal patients with such inconveniences as sensitive teeth. After 20 years of patient "notes" , why do they not understand "sensitive"??????? All of which cost me $205. I will look elsewhere for dental work.
