I had a major issue at the Boise location, where I received my contacts last Wednesday but wasn’t asked any questions or given the guidance that could have caught the problem right away. Thankfully, Jackie at the Nampa Stanton Optical absolutely saved the day. She was so kind, professional, and went above and beyond to fix everything. She got me in to see the doctor last Thursday, helped make sure I had the correct prescription, and matched both my glasses and contacts perfectly. My order came in within just one week, which completely amazed me! Jackie also took the extra time to ensure my glasses fit comfortably and made sure I had all the information I needed for using contacts — especially important since this was my first time ever wearing them. I’m extremely grateful for her help and the outstanding service I received. Jackie turned a stressful situation into a great experience. I highly recommend the Nampa Stanton Optical location — definitely ask for Jackie! 🙌👓

- CJcody jelsovskyOct 8, 20251.0Got suckered in on "free" eye exam, no purchase necessary. They just don't inform you what "free" entails and proceed to do the most expensive exam possible. Glasses at 1/2 price were outrageous and then had to pay for eye exam because I didn't buy. Then they proceeded to take my entire insurance allowance to bring my "free exam" co-pay to under $100! I could never , in clear conscience, recommend Stanton to anyone who is on a fixed income or even cares how they spend their money. The people were very friendly and my rant isn't about them(other than not asking me about my appointment type). Nevertheless, courtesy doesn't and cannot cover sham deals.

Also was charged $118. Don’t fall for the free exam and two pairs for $79. Total scam and crappy overall experience.
