  These place absolutely feels like a scam. Very misleading. Advertised prices are only for a small number of glasses. My daughters have complained about their prescription from day 1, it doesn’t seem like they were correctly prescribed. Avoid Stanton Optical.

  I've been to Stanton Optical twice, the eye exam was rushed and was not even done by a doctor I saw the doctor at the very end and all he did was look in my eyes. Then I waited around for 45 minutes for someone to be able to help me order my glasses. And then when I went to pick up my glasses the cost was more expensive than I expected. The second time I went I just needed new glasses because my frames had broke and they didn't have the frames anymore they said they were discontinued after only about a year. So I had to order a whole new glasses I couldn't afford to get my progressives so I told them to just give me a pair that had my distance prescription when I pick them up it was the opposite they gave me up close vision. I started driving down the street with them on and realized I couldn't see well so I turned around and went back and luckily they had my prescription in stock. And then about 6 months later my frames broke on that pair of glasses went in to see if they could just replace the frames or fix them of course the frames had been discontinued once again and I am now going somewhere else to get my glasses.

  I meant to give a positive review earlier when I got my glasses that were an excellent deal for their two pair special, and today I reserved such fabulous service from Jackie and Lena, that I just had to give an enthusiastic 10 star review so you can just multiply the stars by two for this one. They were so friendly and so resourceful and I walked out of there with some great solutions for future needs specific services and buying options they gave me a couple of hard shell cases so I don’t step on them again which brought me there in the first place. They very quickly and expertly had them fitting just like brand new and out the door. These are such lovely young ladies with such great customer service and warm personalities, coupled with professionalism and knowledgeable expertise. I highly recommend them. They deserve a much higher overall rating than what they have.

  I had a wonderful experience here. The morning had started off with me spilling coffee all over myself as I pulled in for my appointment, and I left my appointment so pleased that this mornings mishap seemed trivial. Lena was so helpful with helping me pick out frames, as well as checking in with me to make sure I’m satisfied. Lena, Eva, and Liz all welcomed me with friendly smiles as I walked in and their customer service was well beyond exceptional. Their pricing was affordable too which was a win-win. I was throughout impressed and cannot recommend them enough.

  The prices are outrageous, the practices are unfair, and the staff are incompetent. Went in to have one of my lenses screwed back into place because it fell out, as I have done a few times before, and was told that I'd have to buy a completely new pair of frames bc they didn't have the right sized tool to do the job. I caved and bought them because I didn't feel like trying to fix them myself even though it would have been much cheaper to do so and while they were installing the new frames I could hear them dropping my lenses multiple times while giggling and laughing to themselves. I've gone to Stanton for multiple years, mostly out of inertia for it being the closest place to me, but Im definitely going to be finding new store to buy my frames from.
