I left a voicemail requesting assistance, and when I finally received a call back, the representative started the conversation by criticizing my voicemail, saying I “talked too fast.” She then asked what I needed, but when I began explaining, she rudely interrupted me mid-sentence with “can I talk” even though she hadn’t tried to speak once. In addition to the unprofessional communication, this clinic has repeatedly overcharged us on our required co pay at each visit. We’ve explained and provided proof that the amount they’re charging is incorrect, yet it continues to happen. This not only causes unnecessary frustration, but also creates a nightmare with insurance to fix the billing every time. While it’s true that the clinic is easy to get into, the ongoing billing issues and poor customer service make it a place we will not return to in the future.

I was given no exercises, stretches, nor advice on how to heal my injury. I didn't even know my doctor's name until I got the bill. He didn't bother to introduce himself.
