- SOSam OpdahlSep 4, 20251.0I would give them more stars, but when my refills were sent to them they sat on them for two days without telling me I had to call to initiate the actual refill, and when I asked why no one told me I had to do that, the technician refused to answer the question or even kind of take any responsibility for the situation. I thought they'd be better than Walgreens, but they will happily let you suffer without important medications, refuse to communicate their policies, and then entirely ignore you when you ask why no one informed you of what they needed you to do.

- ATAli TongOct 17, 20221.0Twice now have had RX sent here only to have them not filled after days and days. One this week (oct 2022) and once in Dec 2021, when i had pneumonia. Called multiple times, left voice-mails, called the customer service desk and left my number with them as well and asked for a callback and never received one. Finally after 4 days of calling I finally got through to have someone tell me they're too busy doing "shots and vaccinations" to fill their prescriptions. My prescription was for steroids and antibiotics, both of which were things needed urgently,and after 4 days they said they still hadn't even looked at yet. Eventually got my rx sent elsewhere because I couldn't get ahold of anyone, and was just trying to call to tell them not to bother filling it so hopefully they could use that time to help someone else and not waste their time filling mine. I understand being short staffed, but maybe some triage on urgent prescriptions would be a good idea. Absolutely unacceptable.
