- SOSam OpdahlSep 4, 20251.0I would give them more stars, but when my refills were sent to them they sat on them for two days without telling me I had to call to initiate the actual refill, and when I asked why no one told me I had to do that, the technician refused to answer the question or even kind of take any responsibility for the situation. I thought they'd be better than Walgreens, but they will happily let you suffer without important medications, refuse to communicate their policies, and then entirely ignore you when you ask why no one informed you of what they needed you to do.

They don’t even answer their phone anymore and the system they use doesn’t even allow you to leave a message. They will take several days to fill subscriptions after the order comes in, allowing people to go without medications that might be keeping them alive! If Safeway can’t provide proper service, which obviously they cannot, they should shut this particular pharmacy down.
