- SFStevi Fanning5 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if I could. This is a warning to anyone thinking about purchases eye glasses from this company. Waited months to receive my order after multiple failed inspections at the lab, terrible communication, misinformation, and then finally receiving them to see that the RX is not accurate in one lens. See the photo attached. I was ultimately denied a refund, and offered a $15 credit towards my $300 purchase. Their only solution for me was to bring them back into the store for an eye exam that I would need to pay for with who I can only assume is not an eye dr. For context, I did give them my prescription from my own eye dr. As someone who works in marketing for a retail brand, super disappointing. The experience I’ve had is unreasonably awful, and the incompetence is out of this world. Buyer beware.
