  Great experience at this doctor's office, from check-in to check-out. The girls in the front were so helpful letting me know the costs and the manager Ashley helped me understand all of my testing options before I had to see the Doctor Jolynn. Ill definitely come back for future appointments.

  I have had the worst experience every single time I manage to walk in this building. I wish I didn’t have to come here anymore but it’s an easier option for me. I would think I’d learn my lesson with having an issue every time I come here. I’ve asked before charges and if they are using insurance correctly and pricing and then every time I come out with a surprise bill way different than what they tell me. This next time I come to schedule an appointment and called their 800 number which is the only one they give you to make sure I scheduled correctly and then I come in after waiting almost an hour in the waiting room every time to be told I wasn’t going to see a doctor and they can’t do what I am needing and that they also can’t do it if I don’t have symptoms. I’m sorry I want to do something as preventative care. Mandy sparked up an attitude with me about this appointment and that it was incorrect, I’m trying my best and called beforehand. She then walks out slams my door and huffs n puffs outside like I was not going to be able to hear that. The staff is so unprofessional. I understand your losing all this funding and not getting paid well but have respect for your patients. Being in the medical field is such a huge thing and important part of people’s lives. Barb, on the other hand was very very sweet and kind lady. She understands respect and professionalism and was above and beyond.

  If I could give zero I would. Billing department is horrible. I was sent to collections without any notifications. They said messages were sent five times but could not even say who the sender was or how. I thought this organization was to help women in need but instead screw them over financially without even a phone call or piece of mail. Do not support this planned parent good go to Oregon where you will be better cared for and not ever turned into collections.

  I unfortunately have had multiple negative experiences here and will not be returning. Excessively long wait times even with scheduled appointments, 45mins-1hour. Expensive for very subpar care and lack of knowledge. Maybe this would be an ok place for STD/birth control needs but not for wanted pregnancies. Very clear lack of knowledge/resources/equipment. Awful experience for my first pregnancy. Wish I would have just started out with a real OBGYN from the moment I found out I was pregnant. Was lucky to get an ultrasound from elsewhere that was able to make up for my awful first ultrasound experience.

  Had my nexplanon replacement and its been great. The NP is super nice and i qualified for the grants so im able to pay little to no cost for treatment here.
