I was skeptical because I have tried many other systems out there and would drop a little then gain it back again. I had NO IDEA that Dr Hafer had the key I was missing, she taught me what MY body need in terms of nutrition to make it work efficiently! I knew it was specific to me because as I sat through the information class with another lady and Dr Hafer gave her a break down of her food intake mine ended up being totally different!! With each visit we were able to fine tune my nutrition, struggles, and especially my successes!! I can't give this enough stars, Dr Hafer and her team have changed my life!!
