  For someone who dislikes going to the dentist, the team over at Excellence In Dentistry does a phenomenal job at making you feel comfortable and cared for. Rather than pushing you to get unnecessary work done, they'll explain multiple options and give you the information you need to make the right decision for yourself. I'll be recommending them from now on. Thank you all!

  Usually, I have had good experiences at Excellence in Dentistry. I've been going there for many years. But this time wasn't the best. First off, I chipped a tooth a couple weeks ago and called a few days before my cleaning appointment to try to get in to fix the chipped tooth. I never got a call or text back about it. Only a call about my cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, I arrived on time, but no one was at the front desk to check me in. I heard a lot of talking in the back of the office, so I cleared my throat and opened and closed the door again to see if that prompted someone coming, but no one did for 5 minutes. I had another appointment right after my cleaning, but I was patient with them. I got right in after I was checked in and had a really good experience with my cleaning. The hygienist did a fantastic job, and when I told her I had another appointment, she did her best to get me finished on time. She gets 5 stars. The exam went well, but i was late for my next appointment. The hygienist let me go with a promise that they would put together an estimate and contact me about my chipped tooth and a few others, but again, I have received no call back, 3 days later. I understand that right now is busy as the office is expanding, but my tooth that wasn't sensitive at the time is beginning to be, so I'm contacting other dentists that are more able to follow up and see me in a more timely manner. It makes me sad, because I do feel that they've been great until now, but I need that tooth taken care of and I don't feel like it's a priority to them. Update: I was contacted over the weekend and scheduled as soon as our schedules work. That helped a lot. I am grateful that we were able to work it out.

  Dr. Godfrey is a great dentist, he is very caring and listens to you. He doesn't make you feel rushed at all. we are very happy with him. A very welcoming and comfortable experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

  Always professional and kind, Dr. Godfrey and his staff take good care of my dental needs. I appreciate that Dr. Godfrey sent me to an oral surgeon (Dr. McGee) when I needed further care.

  Dr. Godfrey and his staff are amazing! Lupe is a great hygienist! They’re all so attentive and awesome.
