The Pharmacy did not do a safety check with the other prescriptions that I was taking and filled a new prescription that could have SEVERE health interaction. No information was given on the danger of both medicines taken together. There should have been modification to the prescription before taking it.

Starting to think this pharmacy is run by anti-vaxxers. They keep refusing to let me get my Covid shot even though Safeway texts me weekly telling me to come get it. Maybe try to help keep your community safe

I'm so tired of you haters. I understand the frustration as I feel it as well . When I call and they are too busy to even take the call ? That is frustrating! However , Stevie, Ratif, Denise, and the rest of the crew work their butts off everyday. If people can't show patience maybe they should go somewhere else? If you want to blame somebody? Blame corporate for having them so understaffed that the morale there has been tough to keep up. You would think with over 600 people's prescriptions going through there every month? They could afford to keep it staffed properly. I have been getting my medications here for almost 4 years now. Here's how much I respect and like the people there. I moved to Post Falls 2 and 1/2 years ago, and I still go there to get my prescriptions filled.

Went in for a flu shot. Was asked if I had an appointment, when the sign said walk ins welcome. After Stevie said if I had an appt the form would have been printed before visit, there 3 people ahead of you, you’ll have to wait, etc… Said morning was the busiest time. Obviously she didn’t want to do a flu shot. I said walk ins not welcome and Stevie went off saying “how do you feel not welcome, how have I made you feel not welcome” That really made me feel Not Welcome. I don’t know why she had to lash out at me??? Maybe a bad day. Everyday?
