- AMAnn MarshbanksOct 3, 20245.0Kirsten is marvelous! I also appreciate that someone always answers the phone. He is very nice, also. Kirsten is treating my neck, which has spinal stenosis and is quite painful. She has magic hands, giving deep tissue massage to my neck and upper back that really helps loosen them up. The exercises are great for stretching and also, building strength, which also reduces pain. I will be sad when my sessions end!

Since I started going to Erich 2 years ago when I was newly diagnosed with EDS, I've had new diagnoses, several small injuries, and 4 surgeries in the past year. Erich has helped me through every moment of it with expertise, dedication, consistent planning/communication, kindness, and understanding. He's handled with great skill everything from my double lung/pelvic surgeries and 2 hip surgeries to my ribs constantly popping out of place and random subluxations. I've never had a better medical professional than Erich, and my pain levels/complicated health has only continued to improve since I started going to him. I expect to continue care with him for the foreseeable future, and don't know what I'd do without him! He's diligent, skilled, friendly, puts you at ease, educates you on your own health, and really thinks deeply about how to help you and guide your care inside and outside the clinic. Steve is also wonderful, and makes being a patient there a breeze. Thank you Erich and Steve!! You make such a difference in my life.

He’s more than willing to say ‘I’m not sure, let me research’ and follow up later on it when he feels that he has enough accurate information. As someone with a life long rare chronic illness, this is huge. I’m taking my child here now for the same reason, too! The ease of scheduling and relaxed feel of the whole office definitely means I’m more likely to make more progress, too, because I’m less anxious.
- BSBrian StraitSep 30, 20201.0Started out good. However, I had sessions scheduled 8+ weeks ahead of time the same times week after week with several more weeks needing scheduled to follow. After going for 6 weeks I get a call just a few hours before my scheduled session telling me I have to change that days session as well as 2 more sessions and miss one for the week instead of correcting their error and having the other person change. Also required last minute to skip another session in week 4 without a reschedule. I personally think that is bad customer service. I scheduled the balance of my PT with another firm. Wont use them again.
