I would bring flip flops for a shower, but they also have slides available. Great experience, will come back again.

For instance, should skin be clean, or have lotion on it. I think when u have a new person, some tips would b helpful ahead of arriving.

Very different from any other places around Des Moines. 10/10 would come back again, and recommend this experience to anyone needing self care. The float, to light therapy, compressions, etc. As well as the products are top quality and make the experience transcend my expectations.
