They have been nothing but difficult never have the staff to come and care for my brother and when they do they aren't with a damn tbh. Not only that but never show up when they are to come. I don't understand how they are hired to care for people and pay such crap to not have the money to staff people. It's frustrating enough that we as his family can't be there to help or care for our loved one but to have to constantly worry about if someone is gonna be there or if someone is gonna show up is sad ! And to have the workers who do come just stand around twiddling their thumbs still having us do it . It's all around sad and disgusting!
