The ramp you built for us was perfect for our situation. It was safe, sturdy and well built. I had several questions and a situation that was no fault of yours and you were very kind. Turn around time from the initial quote was much faster than anyone else in the area and they have great warranties. My toddler was very curious and Chris was patient with him and answered all of his questions! We also worked with Shawn and Holly, they were both very kind and easy to work with. Probably the smoothest medical equipment company I’ve ever worked with and they are a small business! Definitely recommend them if you’re in need of any kind of lift.

When we got her home to Iowa, we knew that we'd need to get a ramp for her right away in order for her to be able to get in and out of the house. It had taken my son-in-law's help to get her in her wheelchair up a few a few steps and into the house. I called several places to find out about renting a ramp, but 101 Mobility was the only one that would be there the next day with the right ramp and the right people to install it. The people who came the next day couldn't have been nicer: professional, courteous and understanding. We needed that ramp for two months, and when the ramp was no longer needed, I called 101 Mobility again, and by golly, the next day the came and got their ramp. It's been a difficult time for my wife and for me--and 101 Mobility certainly helped us get through it. We are both grateful for their help and recommend them most highly for their services!
