However the communication with this company is HORRIBLE!!! Misty the manager supervisor whatever has been told to give me a call back on multiple occasions! I stressed up until the very moment I could attend my appt due to lack of communication!!!!! No one should stress, worry, and panic when that person is pulling their weight but the company is not! Thank you Melissa for letting me vent && helping me.. you need to be promoted for the way you handled my situation and I will forever be great full for you! May God bless you with good karma.
- C-ty cullist-Aug 6, 20211.0I’ve waited years for an HRT appointment we make an appointment 3 months ahead. I wait 3 months and they cancel the DAY OF the appointment. We call and turns out the person that dose HRT isn’t there so we rescheduled for 2 week later. Just a few days before the appointment, CANCELED AGAIN the person isn’t going to be in that day again. EXTREMELY unreliable, thankfully the person that was on the phone understand each time we called but still extremely disappointing that I can’t have my HRT.
