    Been going here for about 4 years now. Been seeing Dr. Muller. Real nice guy and keeps it simple when handling diagnosing and medication.

    Front office is very welcoming and kind. The nurse I dealer with was also super nice. I can't speak on the other therapists or doctors. But I'm here to say stay away from Brenda Cain. This woman obviously does not believe in mental health being a real thing. I can tell you now she's in the wrong field. If you suffer from PTSD, Panic attacks, or Anxiety...she does not care about you or helping you. She is there for the money and that's about it. I was terminated because I missed an appointment due to being taken to the hospital not once, but TWICE in the same day because my panic attacks were so bad. I don't own a phone, and she knew this. I offered to get the paperwork from the hospital. Instead I got a termination letter saying I was wasting her time and that she had tried calling a bunch of times. As I said, I made it clear I didn't own a phone. I'd steer clear of her if you want any type of help. Go see someone else there. Maybe those people know what empathy and compassion to help feel like.

    Rude argumentative front desk staff. Nurses and doctors are nice. Wish they’d hire better staff. My minor child’s been a patient for 4 years. Not anymore, I’m over dealing with with this staff who obviously hates their job and take it out on their patrons.

    Horrible experience. They just want money and could care less about people. Especially Dr. Muller. He is heartless. Avoid at all costs.
