Pat is great and I love that he takes the time to explain what might be going on and doesn’t just throw terms at you. I also love that he explains how the exercises might help, where you’d be feeling them, and he adjusts them if needed to really help the symptom you’re having! I also appreciate that Rock Valley has an app to load the stretches/workouts for you to see once you’re home. Makes it super easy and I don’t have a paper trail that ends up getting lost. Also has really great views of the lake and gives a great vibe to PT!
- LBlisa beilkeApr 21, 20255.0I have been coming to Rock Valley Physical Therapy to learn how to walk again since shattering both tibial plateaus due to a fall from a ladder. (I broke both my legs.) It has taken a long time, a lot of patience, persistence, and perseverance from my Physical Therapist Patrick along wth individual consistency and fortitude. We have won the long battle from the wheelchair, through the walker, the cane, and now still a little wobble with no walking aids. Yay!!! I highly recommend Patrick and Rock Valley Physical Therapy for any physical therapy needs! The view from Copper Creek at the lake has served as a great focal point and is therapeutic in itself! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
