  Nothing but top notch. Cathy Shaw always very helpful, as usual. At my request, she will also inquire about the possibility of my health insurance policy covering a portion of new hearing aids. She went out of her way to help me get my original hearing aid partially paid. I always enjoy working with her.

  Tracy was ready for my visit the minute I got there. She was so nice; so helpful. She refurbished my hearing aids quickly and I was on my way in no time. Great service!

  We have been to several concept hearing locations. The Pella location is by far the most courteous and customer service oriented of them all. The receptionist is so helpful and friendly not just to my husband and I, but to other patrons as well. Stacy is so knowledgeable about the app and servicing of my husband's hearing aids. She makes sure things are correct and working to his satisfaction before we leave her office. She always adds " if you think something needs adjusted afterwards, just give me a call." If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend choosing this location for your hearing aid needs.
