    I went to Kinetic Edge for about 4 months due to an accident. The first time I went in I was scared because I had no idea how my back and neck were going to get better. Jared walked me through step by step about how things were going to continue and how my body and muscles were in defense mode. He told me "How long have you been driving Ashley? And this is the first time this has ever happened, relax when you are driving." He gave me some techniques to use when I am at a stop and I feel my back start to tense up. I left that day, did a few shoulder shrugs like he had suggested and it was like I was practically back to normal. My anxiety went away when driving and I could turn my head both directions with no major hiccup. Jared explains the process in such a way that ANY ONE can relate to. It was a great experience and if you don't want all the "doctor talk" and hearing names of muscles every two minutes, I would recommend going to Kinetic Edge!!
