Im very grateful for the team at 21st Century for helping me get back to normal life after my surgery. I worked with AJ for a few months and he got me back to a place where I could run and jump and do the things I enjoy. He was very kind and also knowledgeable when I asked more in depth questions. I liked the pace of progression. Slowly building up to bigger goals. No other place Iād go.

My experience with Indianola Physical Therapy and Jillian Atkinson was very good. I hurt my mid to lower back and Jillian took me through a series of exercises and workouts that brought me back to a more normal state of health for me. In a few sessions the back soreness was gone and I was able to do things again without pain which was not the case when I first entered the rehab sessions. Thank you Indianola Physical Therapy, and especially Jillian, for returning me to a pain free person again.š
