The staff at Rock Valley on Ingersoll really take time to ask all the right questions, check on your physical feelings as you complete the work with them, and then make sure you are clear on the take home work. I feel energized, and challenged during my visit, but they are supportive in explaining those body improvements. I highly recommend Rock Valley and have returned and completed each series with great results. Great to grow stronger with this staff.
