- SSSydniAug 18, 20251.0Trying to schedule an appointment has the same odds as winning the lottery. The phone NEVER gets answered. I gave up after 5HOURS AND 41MINUTES and the whole time it said my wait time was 2 minutes. I see why STDS are so rampant. I blame, wholesomely, Planned Parenthood, for being so shitty with scheduling. Basically you can only get on the schedule for an abortion. Anything else is worse than pulling teeth.

I have had many complications with my iud due to a botched insertion and was desperate for answers. Urgent care didn't give me any help and every gynecologist in the surrounding area turned me away due to having my iud inserted out of state. I definitely have some previous medical trauma so I was very apprehensive and honestly terrified to get my iud removed. As soon as I met my nurse my mind was instantly put at ease a bit. She was incredibly kind and had a great sense of humor. My doctor was also amazing. She explained everything she was doing and helped me remain as calm as I could. When we ran into some complications she allowed another doctor to help rather than causing more pain and discomfort than necessary. I felt incredibly safe and more importantly, heard. My concerns were answered in a way that ive never experienced before and I truly couldn't have imagined going through this situation anywhere else. I ❤️ planned parenthood
- QHQ HJun 29, 20252.0I got the meds I needed so 2 stars. They asked about my preferred name verbally and on paper then proceeded to deadname me anyways with a pride flag behind them. Asked to have my gf present during the exam. They said first triage then she can come back. That is ok and has a purpose but after they refused to bring her back and lied that I told them I didn't want her back. Room was properly stocked causing the doctor to have leave the exam multiple times to get tools. She was nice but I just hate when companies claim to be lgbt friendly and progressive but actually aren't.
- SNShianne NickellJun 23, 20252.0Whats the point in making a appointment if they are not going to get you in at that time is almost 2:15 and my appointment was for 1:45 dont make so.eone make a appointment just to tell them they go by order with provider I was told to be here at 1:45 I go there at 1:35 so 10 min early and I'm still waiting to be seen at 2:15 and my appointment was for 1:45 if we are 10 min late we have to reschedule but we make an appointment and damn near 30 min later I'm still waiting
