They completed my medical exam certificate with my name spelled incorrectly, and even after MULTIPLE phone calls requesting a correction, they kept saying the issue had been fixed in the system. I drove 25 miles to the DMV multiple times, only to find the problem was still exactly the same. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, she refused to talk to me, and when I said I would report them, she suddenly picked up the phone and was extremely rude, practically telling me to be quiet by saying “I’m not finished speaking,” even though she joined the call out of nowhere while I was already talking. The issue was only resolved when I went to another Concentra location, where I was told the problem was simple to fix and that the employees at this location are incompetent and do not know how to do their own jobs. I ended up at a loss after driving over 250 miles in total due to all the useless trips to the DMV until the issue was finally resolved, and throughout the entire process they treated me as if they were doing me a favor for a service I PAID for. If you have the option, go to another location.
