She was friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. Amber is the technician who did my exam. I've been to multiple Stanton optical locations and I think Amber was the best tech I've seen so far. Thank you both for everything. I'd recommend them to anyone.

- JJJennyNov 14, 20251.0I came in for an exam and as I was sitting there after I checked in I was waiting for Dana to finish up with my insurance information and I noticed right away that she was very rude to one of her coworkers In front of everyone that was there as soon as she walked in. I found it very rude and unpleasant to have to sit there and listen to her continue to make fun of the other coworker. There was nothing wrong with the way she was dressed as far as I saw but she had a huge problem with her socks. I later found out the name of this very nice, well mannered woman that helped me pick out my glasses which im excited to pick them up in as little as 2 weeks!! Michelle not only helped me pick out the perfect frame, she also made sure I had the best lenses for my vision. She is also very patient as i was indecisive and I felt like she really cared. Michelle is amazing!! I told her she doesn't deserve to be treated like that and she just brushed it off like it was something that happened frequently. Why do bosses do this to their employees?? Without Michelle I don't think many would be coming back to the store if Dana continues to treat coworkers like that!!

I would definitely recommend to go to this place and if Michelle is at work, I would definitely recommend talking with her. 😁🙏💯 I also had gotten 2 pairs of glasses with polycarbonate lenses in both of them for only $129. The 2 pair of glasses without polycarbonate lenses were only $70 something. Great deals!

I brought in my prescription and was told I still need to do an exam for 90 dollars. That doesnt even make sense but okay. I ended up leaving after the woman behind the check-in counter (who was also doing the eye exams???) Was continuously rude and short with me. I didn't catch her name, but she clearly didnt want to be there and was taking it out on customers because she was rude to the people behind me as well. Their glasses are cheap and flimsy anyways. They advertise all these sales but you need to read the fine print. Two pairs of glasses for 90 dollars somehow turns into over 200 dollars. Youre not getting what you pay for. Dont waste your time or money here. Rude employees and cheaply made overpriced frames.
