The young man who saw me the two times I was there has made my left knee so much worse my second appointment he had me doing leg presses and then he increased the weight and now I have pain instead of just on the inside of my knee, but my entire knee is in pain. I can’t walk hardly at all and I’m kinda at a loss what to do. I don’t think he listened to me very well.
