Doctor came in with no gloves on but had active wounds (burns) on hands while examining my hand. Did glove up for injection. Doctor did not mention meds or physical therapy when left room. Check out person stated I needed to come back the next day for therapy, told her I could not do that with my schedule so she stated she would put me down as refused therapy. Next day got a text that a medication was ready to pick up at pharmacy. Medication was an NSAID and due to a past surgery (went over at office visit) I can't take that. Called office back and told them situation and why i cant take and they told me to take Ibuprofen another NSAID.

The nurse explained everything to understanding . I did what I needed to do and I was on my way. In all it was a good experience for it being my 1st time there.
