    Robby was very professional, and courteous. A real pleasure to have him install an outdoor ramp up to the front deck at Mom's house. We also needed a new front storm door as part of the project, and he quoted that as well. The storm door was a real pain due to how the original one was installed, but Robby got it done. Looks beautiful, and everything works perfectly. Strongly recommend 101 Mobility, and in particular, Robby himself. Thank you, Robby!

    My experience was very good from start to finish. I got the stairlift I needed installed within a few days. I chose a Bruno because I prefer made in America when possible. My installer was courteous, efficient, and prepared. All of the things you expect. He made sure that I understood the functions, and yearly maintenance needs, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend.

    Terrible customer service. I sold a nearly $4,000 stairlift about 2.5 years old and in excellent condition to Robbie at 101 Mobility for $250 because we were moving to a new home that didn’t require it. Someone arrived on the day of our final walkthrough 4 hours late to pick it up, just before the new buyers were set to arrive. He had no explanation as to why he was late and did not call to update us on an arrival time. Three weeks later I still have not received payment. I was informed today that they sent it to my old address even though the form that I filled out during the pickup had the correct address on it, and they knew the purpose of the sale was because we were moving. I asked Holly if she could stop payment on the check and reissue it to the correct address and was told that wasn’t company policy. I informed her that this was THEIR mistake and they have a $4,000 piece of equipment that I have not been paid for. I requested the stairlift be returned to me or have the check reissued. She dismissed my request and now we will see how they handle it from here.
