- JAJoshua AbOct 1, 20255.0I cannot express our gratitude for planned parenthood enough.we chose to come here for privacy & discretion reasons and we had a great experience for the most part. The positives .We were able to get a bit of funding $250 which we greatly appreciated because the lady we spoke to about funding the first time said $200. I digress the funding was very appreciated. A bit confusing because I didn’t realize we had to apply for it in person as We had told the lady at check in we got funding but she had to redo it because it wasn’t registered in my finances record . Possibly my fault because I’m the one who handled all of her appt info. She was not in the best mental and emotional state. I believe she expressed this to the Dr on her first visit. She just wanted this nightmare to be over. Unfortunately we had to return for a follow up that included a blood draw. My fiancé gets extremely squeamish at the site of needles. The Dr was able to get a sample from her and we are both glad this is over. I would like to recommend planned parenthood to others . Over all the staff is nice and caring. Ana is a Gem, the blond Dr was great and comforting. Thankful for them both. The major downfall is that it’s hard to keep things discreet when planned parenthood pops up on the caller id. Please tell Jill and Breean to stop calling. My fiancés mother is a helicopter mom & very religious . I will gladly give another donation just to end the phone calls.

When we arrived Patty told us she would not take us since my girlfriend had aquired United health insurance (affiliate of medicade, per the request of the first person we spoke to) Patty was very rude and not empathetic to our siutation at all. We feel like we were lied to and taken advantage of. Obviously we wouldnt be here if it were not serious.
