Perfect pitch in voice to where hearing what she was saying had no problems. The nurse doing the procedure was amazing, gorgeous, kind, caring, thoughtful and funny. Also perfect voice pitch and she made the procedure seem quick, easy and an overall great experience.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because while I was in the middle of being helped, the doctor on duty came up to the medical clerk, plopped a file in front of her and started telling her what she needed to do for that patient's chart. He could clearly see that she was helping me but I guess his needs were more important than mine. He didn't acknowledge me with a simple "excuse me" or even "hello, she'll be right back with you". It was kind of rude...
