Always great service, super friendly, and great people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I chose the dentist because the staff appeared to be friendly when I called, I got an appointment within days of my call. Went to my appointment and it was discovered that I had a infection in a tooth that I had a root canal done on it many years ago, I was having some pain with the tooth before the appointment. When the dentist came in he told me that he seen the infection on the X-ray, and we talked about other dental work that I needed to get done, but he didn’t prescribe any antibiotics before I left, so I call back to the office to ask if they could ask the dentist to call in a prescription and I was told by the staff that he doesn’t prescribe antibiotics unless swelling has occurred and that I should take ibuprofen and call back if it got worse. 7 days later it got worse, and I made the call to the office again on 11/03/2020 at 10:00 am saying I had pain and I talked to the front desk and asked if the dentist could call in antibiotics and she said she would ask and call me back. At 12:30pm I called back again and I was told that the dentist left early to go to lunch and she didn’t get a chance to talk to him. I got a call back from the front desk at 3:15pm telling me to take tylonal and told her that I had went another dentist and he had taken care of things, and I asked could I get my records she told me I had to sign a release form. I went by the office to do that I was ask to wait in the hallway and I was left standing in the hallway door to the front office for 20 minutes before my temperature was taken when someone did come from behind the desk I was told they thought I left. To wrap this all up, I feel that the patient care here is not good at all. They have friendly faces when the bill is being taken care of, and friendly voices over the phone when booking appointments. But they can not relay any messages to the dentist if you have a medical emergency that needs his attention. I don’t recommend this dentist office because of the lack of good patient care.
