We have been trying to get them to fax over forms to our sons school for over 2 months now for his speech therapy called again today only for them to tell me they haven’t done anything because he has to have his 5 year check up to move forward.. I’ve talked to someone at least twice before this and this was not brought to my attention and the front desk just kept avoiding my question when asked why I hadn’t been informed about this before now also they claimed that they tried to call once ONE TIME but it went to voicemail. trying to get anyone on the phone is absolutely impossible. They have the absolute rudest staff and if you’re anti vax they look at you like you’re the scum of the earth and you have no right raising children I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

We came back for the SECOND time to get his shots because remind you we came the week before, they didn’t have the shot… just to be told you gave his shot to a child before him. This is not my first bad experience with them earlier in this year they had me and my children waiting in a room for FOUR HOURS!!! When we walked out the building was completely empty I really need to find a different facility ASAP
