He has the worst bedside manners of anyone I know. I yet have to learn how I became his patient. He need to take lessons from his receptionist. I wonder does he bother to read the reviews concerning his mannerisms.

- KLKim LesterFeb 9, 20231.0I would give this place a "0" if I could. Terrible terrible terrible service. I'll be brief. Dr Gonzalez has no people skills. He entered the exam room twice and didn't acknowledge or speak to me. When I mentioned it to his staff, the reply was "he doesn't say much to us either ". We'll, I don't work for him and he's providing a service. Next, he "updated" a VERY OLD contact prescription without conducting an exam. When I asked about it, I was told "he did you a favor to save you money". I asked for an exam that I williing and capable of paying for, I didn't ask for a "favor". Did I mention he charged me an additional $50 for the "favor". Oh, the prescription is awful and I had to go somewhere else for a complete exam. I just called today and asked about getting the PD so I could order glasses online and was told the only way to get it, I would have to purchase the glasses from them. Really? Don't waste your time or money. This place is horrible.
