- TTTina TJul 5, 20253.0I was so excited to be able to donate blood my first time. The mood was so off with the staff that day. ( It was a holiday) so maybe they just didn’t want to be there. There was zero conversation between us except medical questions She was having a hard time getting my blood to flow into the bag. After filling the little bag almost half full. She took the needle out and asked what size shirt. Then come back and asked hat or bag. She was out of shirts. Handed me a paper and sent me out the door. I felt like a nuisance. Will try the bus next time. Maybe they are more welcoming and friendly. I’m not even sure they got enough blood tbh.
