We have had a few caregivers who were not a good fit for my Father, and not so good caregivers, and changed caregivers a lot, and experienced bad scheduling if someone called in sick. The caregiver we've had for the last year, we call her "Trish" has been a God Send! She is dependable, caring, knowledgeable and my Father loves her! Because of Trish I give Home Instead 4 stars.

Penny helps with cooking meals, changing linens , laundry, folding clothes, cleaning floors, and personal care. My wife and I love Penny. They have been helping me for over a year and a half. They have helped me with when I have had to go to Dentist and Doctor appointments. The staff, Jessica, Judy and Carol help me with scheduling. They do a great job. The owner Chuck came to the initial consultation and spent time getting to know us and feel comfortable with getting help. Our original caregiver "Z" was excellent as well. I am very blessed to have Home Instead helping me as well as my Wife's family keeping me a float.
