  Dr. Neelima Chiru has the most soothing voice, and calming presence, that I have ever experienced in my life, which serves well in her type of business. The staff: Alejandra, Susannah, Nina, are all down to earth, kind, patient, skilled, professional, and accommodating. I’ve had several minor emergencies, which to me seemed major, but they have always fit me into the schedule. Once, Nina and Alejandra came in on their off day, which completely exceeded my expectations. I always have very pleasant experience when I go, and they make sure you get in and out as quickly as possible. They make you feel like family.

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. As a healthcare provider myself, I would not recommend this office. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour before being told to room myself. Two different staff members came in to ask me the same set of questions, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times. I clearly stated—both before my appointment and upon arrival—that I was there for a cleaning. Instead, I never even received one. It was treated as a “consultation,” which I’ve never had to do at any other dentist office. The dentist briefly looked at my teeth for only a couple of minutes, told me I needed braces, and sent me on my way. I’ve seen dentists regularly my entire life and have always been told my teeth were healthy and my smile was beautiful, so this felt dismissive and unnecessary. The X-ray technician was also rough and seemed unconcerned about my comfort or well-being. While I understand that healthcare settings can be busy, patients should never feel like they are just being rushed in and out. Compassion and professionalism are just as important as efficiency. On top of that, my email exchanges regarding insurance (which admittedly started because of my mistake) were handled unprofessionally as well. This was my first visit here, and it will also be my last.

  My husband and I will not be returning due to my deep disappointment in the way my insurance and night guard situation was handled. When the pre-estimate fees were presented, I reasonably assumed the insurance claim had been approved and that the amount shown reflected my portion of the cost. Over a year later, I was informed that the insurance did not pay and that I am now responsible for the full balance. When I asked if this situation had occurred with other patients, the staff confirmed that it had. If this was a known issue, I believe it was their responsibility to inform me so I could verify coverage with my insurance provider before proceeding. Had I been made aware, I could have made an informed decision regarding the purchase of a costly night guard
