She answered all of my questions, helped me sign up for Acima for the lease-to-own payment option, explained everything clearly, and gave me different options without any pressure. She was genuinely kind and patient. I arrived at the store a little later than planned, but Allyson was very welcoming and told me it was no problem at all. In the store, she helped me find my two favorite pairs of glasses, and I was happy they had what I wanted in stock. She took her time, answered all my questions, and was very sweet and professional throughout the entire process. The environment in the store was very peaceful and calm. I barely had to wait for my eye exam — they called me back very quickly. The eye exam itself was straightforward, painless, and simple. The doctors were accommodating and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Stanton Optical on Scenic Hwy, and especially Allyson for her outstanding customer service.

I needed a dry eye exam and they said they would reschedule just that exam for another day because they don’t “know how to do it”. With something as sensitive as your eyes, I wouldn’t trust them.
