I'm positive she heard me...we watched probably 8 customers come behind us who left before us-complete disregard for our time even though I had my disabled non verbal daughter with me. We'll keep shopping because its hard to trust someone who doesn't respect your time w your eyesight...we came in for the free eye exam day special and they really treated us like it was free-like they were doing us a favor.
