Everybody was professional, from the staff to the dentist. My hygienist, Ms. Cindy, exemplified the dedication of the team’s strive for excellence. I managed to break my temporary crown, and they worked me into schedule in short order. She had to remold the replacement crown after examining replacement. Something about the center being off. The final temporary fit so well that I was literally reluctant to have new one installed. Now, after 24hrs. The new crown is perfectly comfortable.

Giving a special shout out to Cindy because she’s amazing and was so patient and kind to my 12 year old today since be was super anxious and nervous about getting his last baby tooth removed. The staff is always responsive and on top of things. I hope Cindy will be here for the next decade. She is an asset to this practice.

She could have easily charged into the exam room , looked at my incision and said all was good and told me she would see me in 2 months. Instead she took the time to review the next couple of steps and asked if I had any questions. Equally important to me is how one is treated by the staff. I could not ask for a more polite, friendly and professional staff starting with the members of the front office to the dental assistants. They all work together which has created an amazing team. The corporate management could take lessons from this office on how everyone of their clinics could and should operate.
