The receptionist she is speaking of was actually the answering service - not an employee. We would never tell anyone that we are not accepting calls yet. And, we have some amazing people who work here, and not one single one doesn't want to be here or would act that way. Our hours listed in the advertisement are correct. We are actually here from 8:00 until 5:00. But, we don't turn our answering service off until 8:30. This gives us a chance to catch up with prescriptions and messages from the previous evening. I'm sorry that you spoke with someone who wasn't pleasant instead of our awesome office staff!
