this place helped me so much, and also was super hard in not-so-gr8 ways! a lot of the staff, mostly the rc’s were super nice and fun and you could tell that a few of them enjoyed their jobs. the food was good (except for that one breakfast EVERY wed morning, i will forever be a hater of that meal), cooking class was interesting i guess, and our outings every sunday were always super fun (u could go if u completed for 24-48 hourz). we did fun things like paint birdhouses, take care of a fish who may or may not still be alive, and listen to lots of super hype music (like “Bad Day” by alvin and the chipmunks). some groups were really good but it depended on who was leading them. i liked how the schedule was pretty full, so there wasn’t a super lot of down time except on weekends. we would go on walks at the park next door and do cartwheels and tell ghost stories and have dance parties. this place really helped me, and also was hard. staff would tell you hard things, and sometime it felt too harsh, but other times it was what you needed to hear. the average stay was 4-6 weeks, but some ppl stayed longer. if ur considering going, tbh i would say to go i think. just don’t ask for condiments to eat with some foods because they will say no :( (even tho ranch & wafflez just makes sense 🧇🧇🧇) okay that’s all thanks for reading 🕺🫶🏻🪩🤸‍♀️🌞🥳🐝🐸🤠💛

This place is an insurance scam and worthless. Lovely home, detailed schedule, and caring staff is the presentation. 4 patients to a room, schedule is worth less than toilet paper, and the staff encourages residents to walk out. Charged our insurance company $3400 for ONE DAY after they reminded our 18 year old repeatedly that she could leave at any time. The detailed schedule of events is not adhered to, residents are on their own on weekends, the staff watch the girls purge with no intervention, and the counselors are cold. They take your money and provide no help. I want to give them negative stars.

Horrific experience. Did not help my child, but held her here for extra weeks without wanting to release. Its been over two years and I am still getting bills for things they keep saying we owe, after our insurance has settled and said we are satisfied. They won't return calls or emails when questioned. Send your child anywhere but here for help. Suggest Eating Recovery Center of America, they are fabulous.
